Need a price quote? Follow these easy steps for a no-obligation quote sent to your inbox.

Step One: Log In or Create an Account

Please ensure you use your professional information (i.e. school address, phone number, etc.)

Step Two: Creating a Wishlist

Find the books you would like to order by either browsing our school page lists or searching for titles with the author, subject, or title. Add these items to your cart by clicking the 'add to cart' button. When you are finished, click on the cart icon and you will see a compiled list of the books you've selected.

Step Three: Request a Quote

At the bottom of the list, you will see a few options for processing these books. Please click the 'request a quote' button. A box will appear for further instructions. Please add any details you would like us to know here. Please note: if you are a TL at more than one school, please specify which school this order is for. Submit the order by clicking the 'send request now' button.

If you would like to continue and turn your quote into an order, please continue with the following steps.

Step Four: Revising the Quote

Once requested, we will research the titles requested to ensure they are available, apply your discount, add shipping if applicable and email it back for approval. Please let us know any changes at this stage. When the quote meets your satisfaction, you can use the final revision to obtain a PO from the board office if using one.

Step Five: Approving the Quote

Please call the store at (613) 231-6468 or email info@perfectbooks.ca to approve the price quote and let us know the method of payment. If paying with a PO, the board office will let us know that the order has been approved, however, it is always a good idea to double-check that the number has been sent over.

Please note that no order will be placed without confirmation from either the board office or the TL placing the order.

Step Six: Receiving your Books

The typical time frame once the books have been ordered is approximately 2 weeks. Please note that sometimes books will be placed on backorder and your order will be delivered when all books are received. If some books are being reprinted and therefore delayed, we will deliver what we have and deliver the balance when they arrive.
